For parents & students - why has my lesson been cancelled?

Once you've agreed your first lesson, the classhub system books the lesson in for you. We'll then drop both parties an email to confirm the booking. If you’ve received an email that your lesson has been cancelled by your tutor, dont worry, you will get your money back as we haven't made payment to the tutor yet. If this happens and you still wish to have the lesson you’ll need to message your tutor to check if they’re still available. They’ll need to book the lesson for you again, and you may need to agree on a new date and time. For more information on our cancellation policy, please click here
