Everything you need to know to get started and make the most of your Classhub account
We do all we can to make it as simple as possible for you to book and pay for your lessons through Classhub. Payment is completely cashless, so you'll never need to worry about having the right change! If you have sent a tutor request and a tutor responds to it, you can message each other back and forth until you agree everything. Once you've agreed everything, the tutor will create a booking and send to your classhub inbox for you to accept. This will then prompt you to pay for the lesson. Don't worry if something pops up and you need to cancel your booking, payment is held by STRIPE and is not processed to the tutor until 24 hours after the class has taken place. So if you need to cancel before a class just click on the "cancel" button that is on your booking confirmation email or in your "my bookings" area. This will trigger the cancellation of the class, both you and the tutor will receive a cancellation email and you will be refunded.
