For parents & students - how do I request a refund if a lesson does not take place or I am not happy with the service provided?

You can request a refund by clicking on the "refund request" link from your original booking confirmation email or from the "past bookings" area, this takes you through a few easy steps to request the refund. When this is complete, it allows the tutor 72 hours to respond and grant the refund, however, if the tutor does not grant you the refund or rejects it, we then step in to try and resolve the issue, this process can take up to 30 days but we try our best at every stage of the process to ensure everyone is treated fairly and the matter is resolved.
