For parents & students - what happens when a class has been moved by a tutor?

If you receive an email saying your class has been moved by your tutor, usually the tutor would have contacted you about this prior to moving the class but if they haven't then you should message them. If you get the email by surprise and the new dates don't suit you, don't panic, you must message the tutor to try and find a correct date and time or request a refund. Read our refunds policy here
