How do I book an online Session?

Online sessions can be booked in two ways.  

  1. You can use our search feature by selecting the subject you require tuition in and your location. Then, when you have found a tutor  that suits your criteria, you can message them and request their services. Once you have agreed on things, the tutor will create a booking for you and send it to your inbox for you to accept and pay. You’ll receive a confirmation of the booking by email. A reminder email will also be sent to you 5 minutes before the time of the session.  You will be able to join the session through the pop up which will appear on screen once you have logged into your ClassHub account. You can also access the session by clicking on the “Join online session” button in the reminder email you receive.
  2. You can use our “Request a Tutor” feature. Simply click on “Request a Tutor” and  follow the steps. Once you’ve submitted your request it will be uploaded to the jobs board of every tutor that fits the criteria of your request. You'll receive an email letting you know when a Tutor messages you in relation to your request. Use our message feature to message the tutor back and forth and once you have agreed on everything, the tutor will create a booking for you and send it to your ClassHub message inbox for you to accept and pay. You’ll receive a confirmation of the booking by email. A reminder email will also be sent to you 5 minutes before the time of the session.  You will be able to join the session through the pop up which will appear on screen once you have logged into your ClassHub account.
