For tutors & activity providers - can I change my bank details?

Of course! If you change your bank details, please note that any payments already processing into your old bank account will be paid in as we won't be able to recall them. If the old account has been closed, don't worry! Stripe will recirculate the payments into your new account after this fails to be paid in, however as this is completely under their control we unfortunately won't be able to provide an estimated payment date for you to receive this. To ensure you always receive your payments on time, it's always best to change these as soon as possible and before your old account is no longer active, and you can assume that any payments for lessons taught before this change will likely be paid into your old account.
