For tutors & activity providers - Why have I not got paid?

As a tutor, (arguably) one of the best perks of using classhub is not having to worry about payment - we'll take care of it all! We always make sure to take payment from students and parents prior to your first lesson together, so we're always able to pay you 24 hours after each session. There could be many reasons for you not getting a payout from classhub, most likely because there is a refund request pending against a class or classes you had which can take many days to resolve after which payment is made to you or a refund is made back to the parent/student. Other reasons could be because your ID has been rejected by Stripe or you have given the wrong payment details. Your bank may also have different out of hours policies that may require more time for payments to go through. To see our payment and refund policies please click here
